What kind of guest questions can it answer?

Can it also make outgoing call or send scheduled messages?

Yes. The smart plan can proactively call or text guests after booking, before check-in, and after check-out.

Can the AI send or read messages on Airbnb or Booking.com?

No. Airbnb and Booking.com do not allow third-party systems to access their internal messaging platforms. The AI communicates with guests only through phone calls and text messages after their contact number is released upon booking.

Are call and text message costs included in the monthly fee?

The monthly fee covers the AI assistant, setup, and 24/7 support logic. Calls and text messages are billed separately based on your usage. These typically cost just a few pence per message or minute, and you’ll receive a usage breakdown each month.

We’ll help you keep costs low by using SMS where possible and only making calls when needed.
